III OBSERVATIONS BY THE COMMISSION ON In
the period covered by this report, the Commission held its 50th, 51st,
52nd, and 53rd sessions and opened a large number of specific cases on
alleged violations of the human rights set forth in the American
Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and in the American Convention
on Human Rights. The
Commission submits to the OAS General Assembly for consideration its
comments on those cases meeting the conditions required for publication
under its present Statute and Regulations. To
that end, reproduction of the following resolutions has been ordered, in
accordance with the dates on which they were approved by the Commission.
